Daniel Boone Memorial Park

Daniel Boone Memorial Park. The memorial park is situated along Kentucky’s Frontier Paths, near the crossing of three historic roads — Warrior’s Path, Boone’s Trace and the Wilderness Road. This area was first used as an Indian camp. Daniel Boone was here by 1769. These roads converge and became one road to historic Cumberland Gap.
